| 1. Race Suspension
If under unforeseen circumstances the race needs to be suspended and is past the 45 minute mark, the race will be completed and no attempt to restart will be made
If the race is under the 45 minute mark, the race will not be scored but MAY be rescheduled to the next day at the discretion of the organizer.
2. Hardware Problems
2.1 XBL Parties All drivers must be able to at least CLEARLY hear everything said in parties.
2.2 Controllers Any malfunction of your controller is your problem, no exceptions.
2.3 Internet Internet problems are extremely serious and detrimental to the safety of other drivers. Anyone experiencing lag greater for 2 minutes will be asked to go to spectator mode and be classified as a mechanical failure.
Being disconnected will also earn a classification as a mechanical failure.
3. Pit Stops
a. All cars must make one pit stop in all 45 min+ races. All cars must make 2 pitstops in a race lasting longer 1 1/2 hours. b. You must not cross any pit exit line on your way out. c. Do not at anytime block the exit or entrance. This is a High Severity Incident
4. Practice Sessions Practice Sessions will be done as necessary to ensure a safe and fair racing environment. There will be no planned sessions, and any sessions that do happen will be random.
5. Qualifying
Qualifying will take place 30 minutes before the scheduled start of a race. You will have 20 minutes to set a lap time for the race. Remember that clean times take priority over dirty times.
7. Tuning
There are no tuning restrictions for any series unless otherwise specified
8. Passing
If a LMP driver is lapping a GT driver, then different situations can arise. Under all situations though the GT driver is REQUIRED under ALL circumstances to continue racing their lines. NO exceptions. It is the LMP's responsibility to work their way around the GR drivers. Being said, it is the GT's responsibility to not hinder or get in the way of an LMP making a pass. The GT should remain in the same section of the track as it was when the LMP first approached it.
Blue Flags If a lapped car blocks a leading car from coming through then the driver can appeal to an Official. If the driver at fault is perceived to have persistently blocked the faster car they may receive a penalty.
If you do not communicate your pass, the overtaking car is at fault under most circumstances.
